Remote Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment and have a proven track record in driving sales performance.

This role will begin with a 3–4 day paid trial. If successful, it will transition into a longer-term contract-based, milestone-driven engagement with biweekly payments.

Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads, build relationships, and present company offerings.
• Track sales activity and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in high-volume outbound calling).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit daily/weekly milestones.
• Comfortable working in CEST (Central European Summer Time) timezone.
• Must be able to work remotely with reliable internet and equipment.

Payment Structure:

• Contract-based with milestone payments.
