Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
• Break: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 4 hours (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), based on workload
• Sunday: Off

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
• Commission: Additional performance-based commissions

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Truck Dispatcher to manage the logistics, scheduling, and communication for our fleet across the United States. As a vital link between our drivers, brokers, and shippers, you will be responsible for maximizing fleet efficiency, negotiating profitable rates, and ensuring 100% compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Load Sourcing & Negotiation: Utilize premium load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and established broker networks to find and secure high-paying freight that fits driver profiles and lane strategies.
* Driver Management: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers. Provide clear dispatch instructions, monitor their progress via GPS/ELD, and assist with on-road issues or emergencies.
* Route Planning: Optimize routes to minimize "deadhead" miles and ensure on-time delivery while considering weather, traffic, and Hours of Service (HOS) restrictions.
* Communication & Logistics: Coordinate with shippers and receivers to schedule pickup/delivery appointments and provide real-time status updates to customers.
* Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, including Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Proof of Delivery (POD). Ensure all records are accurately uploaded to the Transportation Management System (TMS).
* Compliance: Monitor driver logs to ensure strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in US truck dispatching (Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed experience preferred).
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US freight market, lane pricing, and seasonal trends.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in FMCSA regulations, ELD monitoring, and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Ability to negotiate firmly but professionally with brokers.
* Skills: Strong multitasking ability, high attention to detail, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
* Availability: Must be able to work during US Eastern, Central, or Pacific Standard Time zones (Night shifts may be required depending on your location).
Technical Requirements (Remote Setup)
* High-speed, reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload).
* Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
* Modern PC/Laptop with dual-monitor support (preferred for multitasking).
* Noise-canceling headset for professional phone/VoIP communication.
* Proficiency in TMS software, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and digital load boards.
