• Fixed salary up to PKR 70,000 (experience-based)
• 8%–10% commission on gross revenue
• Performance-based growth and incentives

Job Description

We are hiring an Experienced US Truck Dispatcher for our on-site dispatch office in Islamabad. This role is strictly for professionals who have previous experience dispatching trucks in the United States trucking market.

Applicants with backgrounds limited to logistics coordination, supply chain management, or local/international freight forwarding without US dispatch experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed trucks across the United States
• Book and negotiate freight using DAT, Truckstop, and other US load boards
• Communicate with US brokers, shippers, and truck drivers
• Plan routes, schedule pickup and delivery appointments, and manage ETAs
• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and accessorial charges
• Ensure compliance with US DOT, HOS, and ELD regulations
• Track loads from pickup to delivery and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and daily performance reports

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on US Truck Dispatch experience
• Strong understanding of US trucking operations, lanes, and freight markets
• Proven experience using DAT Power, Truckstop, or similar load boards
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work US time zones
• Strong negotiation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
