Dispatch Executive for Green Transportation (MTM)-Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and oversee the dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

2. Route Optimization: Utilize software tools to optimize routes, minimize fuel consumption, and reduce carbon footprint.

3. Communication: Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and resolve any issues promptly.

4. Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor vehicle locations and statuses in real-time, proactively addressing any deviations or delays.

5. Data Analysis: Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on delivery status.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including logs, reports, and incident documentation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in NEMT/MTM

2. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

3. Knowledge of dispatch software, GPS systems, and the Microsoft Office suite..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
