Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation logs
  • Generate reports and summaries as requested
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Manage email communications and route messages appropriately
  • Support general clerical and coordination tasks across departments
