Remote Virtual Assistant / Receptionist (Cold Calling & Outreach)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant / Receptionist to help support our growing entrepreneurial network and events organization.

This is a fully remote role where you can choose your working hours, as long as tasks are completed consistently.

You will be responsible for helping us maintain communication with our community, coordinate outreach efforts, and support event operations.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound calls to past event attendees to check in, gather feedback, and see how we can help them in their business
• Reaching out to local colleges and universities to explore partnerships for student volunteers and internship opportunities
• Sending event reminder texts and follow-up messages to attendees
• Responding to basic inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate team member
• Updating contact information and maintaining simple records of conversations
• Assisting with occasional outreach campaigns for upcoming networking events

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have your own phone to make calls and send texts
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)

Work Environment

• Fully remote position
• Flexible schedule — you choose your hours but must be from 8AM - 6PM
