We are seeking an experienced Power & Utilities Sales Leader to drive growth in the renewable energy sector, with a strong emphasis on solar energy solutions. This role will lead business development, sales strategy, and major opportunity management across the Power & Utilities portfolio.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
MBA in Marketing preferred
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
Strong preference for experience within the solar industry
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and business development activities for the Power & Utilities portfolio within the renewable energy market.
Conduct market surveys, support internal networks, and manage proposals, bidding processes, and tenders.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
Oversee major/key sales opportunities from identification to successful closure.
Maintain an updated pipeline of projects, opportunities, and large-scale tenders.
Coordinate and steer the renewable energy market sector network.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, EOIs, commercial and technical offers, and tender submissions.

Business Requirements
Proven experience in business development and sales within the renewable energy market, especially solar.

Strong background in developing market strategies, sales growth plans, and revenue expansion initiatives in the renewable sector.
