  • Manage end-to-end renewal process for trade licenses, visas, tenancy contracts, and related government services.
  • Contact and follow up with existing clients before their license expiry to initiate the renewal process.
  • Maintain accurate renewal schedules and proactively remind clients of upcoming deadlines.
  • Advise clients on the best renewal options based on business activities and changing government regulations.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services where relevant (e.g., office solutions, PRO services, VAT registration).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, operations, finance) to ensure smooth processing.
  • Update client information and renewal status on CRM tools and generate renewal reports.
  • Achieve monthly renewal and upselling targets as set by the management.
  • Stay informed about latest UAE free zone and mainland regulation.
