Renovation & Civil Work Assistant

Job Description

Prepare and develop renovation and conversion projects, including full project documentation. Tasks may range from design planning to on-site construction activities, requiring significant coordination with clients and contractors during the design phase.
Prepare and calculate project offers, including fixed-price and cost-estimated proposals.
Supervise construction projects, providing guidance to clients and ensuring quality control of completed work.
Provide technical support and guidance to operations staff for maintenance and operational challenges.
Make technical decisions within approved project budgets and financial limits.
Handle technical correspondence and briefings with clients professionally.
Review and evaluate technical documentation prepared by contractors, consultants, or other parties.
Develop, update, and maintain internal procedures, technical manuals, and project records.
Support project planning and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of fire safety and prevention in construction is an advantage.
Understanding of foundation systems is considered beneficial.
Broad experience in construction or construction project management is preferred.
Experience in additional construction-related fields will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate professionally in Danish and English at a technical level.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; practical knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Valid driving license for passenger vehicles.
