Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently across multiple job sites, ensuring precision in every task.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, materials, and resources for seamless project progression.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Perform specialized tasks such as glass installation, cabinet mounting, roofing repairs, stucco application, concrete finishing, and heavy equipment operation as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while documenting progress through detailed reports and logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or renovation roles with hands-on expertise in carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, flooring, or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Skilled in the use of power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and caulking guns; proficiency with hand tools is essential.
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment.
