Renovation Tradesman

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Renovation Tradesman to join our team and bring expert craftsmanship to a variety of renovation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and remodeling initiatives, transforming spaces with precision and quality. As a Renovation Tradesman, you will be responsible for executing renovation tasks efficiently, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations and elevate the value of every project.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, painting, plastering, and masonry to bring project visions to life inside and outside of customers homes.
• Operate your own basic tools and power tools, safely and effectively across various construction sites.
• Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase with attention to detail of renovation work to ensure compliance with safety standards and design intent.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, framing, trim carpentry elements, drywall and stucco finishes with precision.
• Manage construction site activities by coordinating with team members, overseeing material deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in construction estimating and project management tasks as needed to support timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or renovation trades with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing or related fields.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating techniques.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming/finishing, welding, restoration work, hardscape installation, and roofing is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; hand tools; heavy equipment; and fabrication machinery safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
