Rent a Car Executive

Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), a premier provider of luxury transportation services in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Rent a Car Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing our car rental operations and ensuring seamless coordination of our fleet to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, reservations, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Fleet Coordination: Manage the availability and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring all cars meet safety standards and are prepared for rental.
• Rental Operations: Oversee the entire rental process, from vehicle allocation to contract completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Sales & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies to maximize vehicle utilization and drive rental revenue through promotions and customer retention programs.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of rentals, vehicle usage, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory levels, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure timely availability of vehicles.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle customer complaints and disputes effectively, striving for prompt resolution while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to optimize fleet usage and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in car rental operations or a similar role, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using car rental management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
