Role Overview:
As a Rental Agent, you will manage leasing and rental transactions, showing properties personally and guiding tenants and landlords through the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease residential and commercial rental properties.
• Conduct property tours, viewings, and client presentations.
• Prepare, review, and manage tenancy contracts accurately.
• Negotiate rental terms and finalize agreements.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Follow up on lease renewals, tenant issues, and property maintenance.
• Promote properties through online portals, social media, and offline channels.
• Stay updated on Dubai tenancy laws, rental regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome (commission-based).
• Candidates with up to 1 year experience: basic salary + commission.
• Knowledge or interest in rental properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
