Liventra Properties L.L.C is expanding its Leasing & Rental Sales Division and is looking for ambitious, energetic, and deal-oriented Rental Sales Agents.

Role Overview

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing residential and commercial rental deals. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients while leveraging company leads, marketing support, and CRM systems to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Source and close residential & commercial rental transactions
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
✔ Promote available rental listings across multiple platforms
✔ Identify new leasing opportunities and business partnerships
✔ Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms
✔ Advise clients using current market insights and rental trends
✔ Coordinate with internal leasing, marketing, and admin teams

Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 months experience in UAE real estate, leasing, sales, or business development (preferred)
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence are welcome
✔ Excellent English communication
(Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, French, Hindi, Urdu are strong advantages)
✔ Strong client-handling, negotiation, and networking skills
✔ Good understanding of Dubai’s rental market and leasing trends
✔ UAE driving license is an advantage
✔ Valid UAE Visa (mandatory)
