Profile - Repair and Maintenance Lead

Experience - Minimum 2+ years’

CTC - ₹35k to ₹40k

Location – Bangalore

We are looking for a Repair and Maintenance Lead who would report directly to the Director Service Management to manage service and maintenance of vehicles and ensure consistent very high quality of service and drivers is maintained.

Key responsibilities: Service management:

• Track kilometers run by all the cars and proactively and timely servicing of cars
• Build metrics and SLAs for service and body work in collaboration with service centers
• Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting of service management
• Collaborate and build great working relationships with service centers
• Ensure vehicles gone for body shop work are worked on and returned to service without delays
• Build connections with 3rd party cleaning agencies for regular cleaning of vehicles
• Ensure all the metrics and SLAs are met by all the service centers

Must have qualification:

• 2+ years’ experience in 4-wheeler vehicle maintenance
• Experience in ensuring repair and maintenance
• Experience in ensure quality standards are met
• Good communication skills

Desired:

• Experience maintaining electric 4-wheelers
• Education: Graduate or post graduate
• Worked in MNC transport operations
• Lead by example and influence without authority
• Coordinated with senior personnel of organizations
