Job Overview

Hi-Street is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Replenishment Manager to oversee and optimize inventory flow across all retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, maintaining product availability, and supporting overall sales performance through effective replenishment planning and inventory control strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stock allocation and replenishment activities across all retail stores
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability
• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to facilitate timely stock transfers
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to forecast replenishment requirements
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and prepare inventory performance reports
• Minimize stock shortages while preventing overstock situations
• Manage inter-store stock transfers efficiently to balance inventory distribution
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or replenishment, preferably within the retail sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
