Report Analyst - Psychologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed psychologist (or a qualified psychology professional) to create detailed SOAP notes and superbills based on therapy session recordings and transcriptions provided by our client. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, excellent documentation skills, and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Review therapy session recordings and transcriptions provided by the client.
Prepare accurate and professional SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) in Microsoft Word, adhering to clinical standards.
Generate superbills accurately for billing and insurance purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
Deliver completed notes within the specified turnaround time.
Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding clarifications or missing information.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience in writing SOAP notes or other clinical documentation (mandatory).
Strong understanding of psychological terminology and therapeutic processes.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
