About the Job:

We’re seeking a Reporting Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team by delivering insights on recruitment performance and conducting cost analysis on resources, tools, and potential new technologies. This role will work closely with onshore and offshore management to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven financial assessments, helping optimize costs and maximize recruitment efficiency.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and cost analysis, ideally in HR or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills to share insights with onshore and offshore management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and assess performance.
  • Conduct cost analysis of current resources, tools, and potential new software to guide cost-effective decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore management, ensuring seamless data sharing and analysis.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide financial insights on resource usage.
  • Present findings through data visualizations and summaries, enabling strategic planning and financial efficiency.
  • Maintain data accuracy by verifying sources, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring consistent reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate the ROI of recruitment tools, including current systems and new options.
  • Stay updated on the latest reporting and cost analysis tools to improve reporting capabilities and cost assessments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying languages.
  • Background in IT or staffing industry analytics.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and cost analysis techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
