Reporting Executive

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Reporting Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining accurate operational and management reports that support informed business decisions. The position is full-time, on-site, and requires working during the night shift in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments and systems.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and submitted within defined timelines.
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify insights.
• Maintain and regularly update reporting dashboards, trackers, and databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide management with analytical insights and ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized report archives.
• Ensure strict data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Follow established reporting standards, procedures, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Solid understanding of reporting frameworks and data analysis techniques.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Commerce, IT, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in reporting or data analysis roles.
• Experience in BPO, operations, or service-industry reporting will be considered an added advantage.
