Job Summary:
The Nursing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations in the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care, staff management, and regulatory compliance. This role includes supervising nursing staff, maintaining quality control, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff across departments
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing levels
• Conduct training and development programs
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Nursing
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Registered with the State Nursing Council
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
