Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result oriented Telecaller Appointment Setter who will be responsible for generating leads and fixing qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers BDMs
The role involves making outbound calls understanding basic customer needs and scheduling meetings for the on field sales team
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential small and medium business owners to introduce NowFloats digital solutions
Fix a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per day for the Business Development Managers
Maintain accurate records of calls leads and appointments in the CRM system
Follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmations
Coordinate daily with the assigned BDMs to share appointment details and feedback
Achieve daily and weekly appointment targets
Maintain a professional and polite communication tone on calls
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and telecalling skills English and Hindi regional language is a plus
Ability to engage and convince business owners confidently
Good listening and follow up skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel
Self motivated disciplined and result oriented
Qualification and Experience
Education Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
Experience 0 to 10 years of experience in telecalling appointment setting or telesales freshers with good communication can apply
Performance Expectation
Daily Target Minimum 5 confirmed appointments with verified business leads
Weekly Target 25 to 30 appointments
Compensation and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary plus attractive incentive for every confirmed appointment
Training provided on company products and call scripts
Growth opportunity to move into Inside Sales or BDM roles
