Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our outreach and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market and competitor research, identifying opportunities, and preparing intelligence reports that help personalize outreach and strengthen decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct account and market research to identify potential opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis and track industry trends.
• Prepare pre-meeting briefs and intelligence reports for the business team.
• Support the outreach team with personalized insights to improve engagement.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain research databases and ensure accuracy of information.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in market research, competitor analysis, or lead intelligence gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using research tools, data platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
