Job Description

We are looking for an experienced R&D professional to develop and enhance cosmetic and personal

care products. The candidate will be responsible for formulation development, product

improvement, and supporting commercialization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations (Skincare, Haircare, Personal Care, Colour

Cosmetics)

* Conduct lab trials, stability studies, and compatibility testing

* Improve existing products for performance, cost, and shelf life

* Evaluate new raw materials, actives, and fragrances

* Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations (BIS, CDSCO, GMP, ISO)

* Prepare and maintain formulation records, SOPs, and technical documentation

* Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams for product launch

* Support scale-up trials and resolve manufacturing issues

* Stay updated with market trends and new cosmetic ingredients

Qualifications

* B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetic Science / Biotechnology)

* 3–6 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic R&D

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation techniques

* Practical experience in skincare and haircare formulations

* Understanding of regulatory and quality standards

* Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
