Research Associate

Job Description:

Coordinate project communications and meetings, including scheduling, developing agendas, note-taking, drafting progress reports, and monitoring project timelines.

Assist with recruitment activities, including traveling to recruitment events.

Work with supervisors to administer suicide risk assessments with children and caregivers.
-
Develop research study protocols.
-
Track and monitor participant study progress and completion of assessments.

Assist with data collection, including administering interviews, questionnaires, and behavioral tasks.

Collect heart rate data in children, following electronic survey protocols, and scheduling administration of assessments.

Work with collaborating university sites to coordinate study activities.

Prepare tables/figures and assist with writing reports.

Assist with training and data collection by traveling to locations.

Review and proofread one's own work for accuracy and completeness.
Position Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and with teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
