Research & Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Research & Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll use provided software and independent research methods to identify high-quality leads, gather accurate information, and initiate outreach to potential contacts. Your work will directly support our sales and growth efforts by building a strong pipeline of prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research using our proprietary software and additional online resources to identify potential leads.
• Collect and verify accurate contact information (emails, phone numbers, company data, etc.).
• Organize lead data into spreadsheets, CRM, or project management tools.
• Perform targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, or other channels) following provided templates and guidelines.
• Track responses and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine research criteria and outreach strategies.
• Provide weekly reports on progress, challenges, and results.

Requirements

• Strong research and internet navigation skills.
• Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with the ability to verify data accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with outreach via email/LinkedIn preferred.
• Prior experience in sales support, research, or lead generation is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
