The role also involves upselling services, resolving customer issues, and staying informed about travel trends and promotions. Key responsibilities

  • Customer service: Answer phones and emails, assist with travel inquiries, and provide information on services, availability, and pricing.
  • Booking and management: Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
  • Record keeping: Accurately record customer information and maintain up-to-date records in the reservation system.
  • Sales and promotions: Advise customers on promotions and upgrades, and cross-sell additional services.
  • Problem-solving: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Administrative tasks: Coordinate with other departments, process payments and refunds, and generate reservation reports.
  • Knowledge maintenance: Stay informed on current travel trends, pricing, and special offers.

Essential skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
