Reservations Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservation Agent to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage all room reservation inquiries and ensure a seamless booking experience, maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Accurately process reservations using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure all bookings include correct guest information, special requests, and billing details.
• Respond to guest questions regarding rates, availability, hotel services, and policies.
• Upsell room categories and additional hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with front office, sales, and housekeeping teams for smooth pre-arrival arrangements.
• Monitor daily room availability and occupancy forecasts to support inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reservation reports as needed.
• Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures in every interaction.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or reservations training is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; additional language skills are a plus.
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
• Philippine Nationals preferred
