We’re looking for a Residence Executive to lead smooth daily operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain the highest resident experience standards at Eden House.

Role Description

The Residence Executive at Eden House, plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized experience for residents and their guests. They are proactive, service-oriented professionals who can anticipate and cater to the needs of residents while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. The Residences Executives serve as the primary point of contact, providing assistance with daily requests, local recommendations, and premium lifestyle services.

Core Tasks-

Resident & Guest Services

Warmly welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests, ensuring a high level of personalized service

Respond to residents' and guests 'inquiries and requests, including transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, event planning and other a la carte services

Provide information about property amenities, services, and local attractions, including restaurants, cultural events, and shopping destinations

Manage incoming guests and contractors, ensuring proper authorization and entry procedures in collaboration with Security

Maintain updated resident preferences and special requests to enhance personalized service

Operations & Coordination

Handle incoming calls, messages, and service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient responses

Assist residents with scheduling move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating elevator access

Facilitate valet and bell services for residents, including vehicle retrieval upon request

Oversee deliveries, mail, and package handling with discretion and efficiency

Ensure presence at lobby, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere

Liaise with internal departments such as Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security to fulfil resident requests

Monitor and document shift logs for smooth operational handovers

Safety & Compliance

Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management

Adhere to Eden House’s policies and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality of residents

Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety protocols

Concierge & Lifestyle Services

Coordinate personal services such as babysitting, pet care, wellness appointments, and salon services

Assist in securing tickets for entertainment events, sporting activities, and cultural attractions

Organize special requests including floral arrangements, shopping assistance, and courier services

Financial Responsibilities

Assist with invoicing, collecting rent payments, and processing miscellaneous charges

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to resident services

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments

Address resident inquiries regarding billing, payment schedules, and outstanding balances

Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
