KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sparkle Squad Duties: Channel your inner sparkle! Transform guest rooms and equipment into spotless sanctuaries. Shine up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so every corner gleams. From plush carpets to comfy furniture, make it all dazzle. Keep your housekeeping cart loaded like a pro, ready for any adventure. Freshen up beds with crisp linens and restock supplies, making every guest feel at home. Dive into deep cleaning tasks—swap AC filters, add a splash of paint—so everything stays picture-perfect!
• Guest Happiness Hero: Be the friendly face guests remember! Spring into action when someone needs a hand and deliver items with a smile. Let your awesome customer service shine through every interaction.
• Safety Superstars: Be the hotel’s guardian! Make sure both guests and property stay safe by keeping an eye on sensitive spots. Practice safe work habits so you and your teammates can enjoy a worry-free day.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

Located in the Houston city center, this pet-friendly hotel offers free Wi-Fi. A fully-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove top and dishwasher is included in every room at the Residence Inn Houston Downtown/Convention Center. A cable TV, a sofa bed, ironing facilities and a work desk are also provided. Guests at the Residence Inn Houston can access a fitness center with a variety of exercise equipment. Laundry facilities and a business center are also available for guests’ convenience. A complimentary breakfast buffet is offered each morning. Free beverages and appetizers are served during the evening on select days. A complimentary grocery shopping service is also available. Residence Inn offers a free breakfast and a nightly reception on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The George R.
