Duties and Responsibilities:

As Residences Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Respond to and coordinate Residents requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., babysitting, business centre services, dry cleaning, financial services, flowers, interpretation services, mailing, notary, repairs, religious services, reservations, spa services, entertainment/sporting events, shopping, and any other relevant requests) by planning with approved specialized third-party vendors according to Six Senses guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Have knowledge of all safety, security, and emergency procedures related to the position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the privacy of residents, partners, and guests by applying an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and using confidential information only to perform the job.
  • Have knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
  • Be knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving Residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date Residents profiles in the Property Management System.
