Joining our Front Office Residences Team as a Residence Manager will empower you to deliver exceptional experiences across our award winning lifestyle destinations.

What We're Looking For

• 2 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment in a residence or guest relations managerial role.
• Experience in Forbes or LQA rated properties is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
• Calm, courteous demeanour reflecting the Vibe at FIVE.
• Superior problem solving skills and a commitment to exceed expectations.
• A proactive nature with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Organisational and supervisory skills to inspire the FIVE Tribe.
• Professional appearance in line with FIVE's grooming standards.
• Visionary thinking, ownership of duties, and a hands on attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue sharing arrangements with residents and manage accurate, timely distribution of revenues.
• Review financial statements to ensure residences perform within budget.
• Create a system to track revenue generated through FIVE Star services, especially housekeeping and engineering.
• Generate regular reports on revenue earned from services for senior management and residents.
• Monitor deductions such as maintenance costs and ensure fair financial transactions.
• Collect service charges and utility bills from residents, maintaining transparent communication.
• Respond enthusiastically to residents' queries, concerns and requests.
• Oversee parking allocation for residents to deliver the gold standard of service.
• Ensure all outstanding payments are cleared before resale and handover of units.
• Cultivate resident relations and guide them from handover through daily living.
• Establish a system to monitor resident feedback and use it for continual improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies and collaborate closely with the finance department.
• Provide coaching, counselling and performance appraisals to team members.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, bomb threat and health and safety regulations.
• Report critical issues to the Director of Rooms and participate in interviews for open positions.
• Act as duty manager on shift when required and coordinate with department heads to align strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency with PMS and Micros and leverage technology to streamline operations.
• Use in depth knowledge of residences to create FIVE Star moments and exceed resident expectations.
