Job Description

We are looking for a professional and client-focused Resident Engineer to manage corporate accounts and ensure smooth service delivery for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate/enterprise clients
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance) for seamless service delivery
• Monitor service performance according to SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Support (B2B or Corporate Environment preferred)
• Experience handling enterprise or high-value clients will be an advantage
