Resident Medical Officer

  • Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct initial histories, physical exams, and ongoing monitoring for OB/GYN patients; provide pre- and post-operative care.
  • Clinical Procedures: Assist senior doctors in deliveries, C-sections, and other gynecological surgeries; perform routine procedures.
  • Emergency Management: Respond to labor room emergencies and other acute cases, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, histories, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with nurses, other specialists (pediatrics, radiology), and consultants for comprehensive care.
  • Patient & Family Communication: Counsel patients on conditions, treatments, and family planning within their scope.
  • Training & Compliance: Participate in rounds, learn new techniques, and adhere to hospital protocols, safety, and ethical standards.

Role Context

  • Supervision: Works under the guidance of senior consultants and registrars.
  • Scope: Covers inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services in obstetrics (pregnancy, childbirth) and gynecology (female reproductive health).
  • Environment: A bridge between nursing and specialist teams, ensuring smooth care delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
