What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Install Lead, you are responsible for running residential system installations from start to finish — with quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Your role is to:

✔ Lead Installations the Right Way
Run the job from arrival to completion — set expectations, manage the crew, and deliver a clean final product.

✔ Execute Full System Replacements
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, duct modifications, venting, and electrical.

✔ Own Quality & System Performance
Airflow, proper setup, commissioning, and making sure the system actually performs — not just turns on.

✔ Manage the Jobsite
Clean work. Organized installs. Protect the homeowner’s space. Represent the company professionally.

✔ Develop Your Team
Train apprentices and junior installers. Set the pace. Hold the standard.

✔ Follow a Proven Process
We install based on systems and standards — not guesswork.

Experience Requirements

✔ Proven experience leading HVAC installations
✔ Strong knowledge of residential systems (furnace, AC, heat pump, dual fuel)
✔ Ability to complete installs start-to-finish
✔ EPA Certification (required)
✔ Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Full-time
Overtime opportunities during peak season
Longer install days depending on scope

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
