Residential Service Plumber

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings
- Perform pipe threading, cutting, and bending as necessary
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide timely and effective solutions
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
