Requirements:

• 2-3 years of technical service experience is required
• Proven experience working directly on customer job sites, delivering technical services, and managing jobs from inception to completion.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, committed to resolving customer issues effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and codes committed to maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with customers and team members professionally.
• Ability to provide accurate technical estimations, utilizing company formats and ensuring transparency in customer communications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A clean background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Position Summary:

This is a high-impact Residential Service Plumber role where you’ll run your own truck, solve real problems, and deliver premium service to a loyal customer base. With $80K–$100K+ earning potential, uncapped commissions, and SPIFFs, this role rewards technicians who combine skill, efficiency, and customer connection.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide estimates for service calls, offering "good, better, best" options to customers.

• Operate the service vehicle independently, ensuring all tools and equipment are up-to-date and readily available for use.
• Accomplish service and installation jobs without supervision, demonstrating proficiency and attention to detail.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously, providing excellent service and positively representing the company.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
