and support international engineering and consulting operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end staffing process for international projects within the International Engineering and Consulting Business Units.

Identify qualified internal experts and coordinate a global freelancer pool in collaboration with relevant departments.

Anticipate resource shortages and implement proactive mitigation measures to ensure project continuity.

Maintain and regularly update employee and project reference data, conducting input interviews to ensure high data quality in profile and freelancer databases.

Coordinate development programs for junior engineers and contribute to the creation of job descriptions and long-term workforce planning.

Support the international deployment of internal employees and collaborate with immigration service providers to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.

Lead the strategic development and optimization of digital tools and resource management databases.

Act as a member of the International Engineering Management Team, providing functional leadership to internationally based resource managers and advising on their selection and onboarding.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

5–7 years of professional experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project staffing within engineering, consulting, or international project environments.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal experts and freelance professionals across multiple geographies and business units.

Strong proficiency in resource planning tools and digital platforms; experience managing databases and ensuring data integrity is essential.

In-depth understanding of international mobility processes, including immigration coordination and employee deployment logistics.

Proven leadership capabilities, including functional leadership of international teams and advisory involvement in recruitment and onboarding.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and stakeholder groups.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial and German language skills are highly desirable.
