Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supply orders to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Implement and uphold company standards for food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Train and develop employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle customer feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and improve overall business performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
