Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a smooth dining experience.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
- Education: Graduate in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Lahore-based candidates preferred
Salary:
PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)
