Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a smooth dining experience.
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Education: Graduate in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Lahore-based candidates preferred

Salary:
PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Restaurant/QSR Industry: 3 years (Required)
