- Keep informational materials, such as menus and promotional materials, readily available for guests.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's menu, including all sushi dishes and other offerings.
- Be well informed about ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively.
- Communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow of guests and efficient table turnover.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure that each step of the sequence is followed efficiently.
- Reach out to guests with reservation reminders before their scheduled visit.
- Follow up with guests after their dining experience to gather feedback and express gratitude for their patronage.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy and a customer centric approach.
- Handle cash transactions for guest payments accurately and securely.
- Process credit card transactions and provide guests with receipts.
