Restaurant Maintenance & Project Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintenance Coordination:

· Monitor and manage daily maintenance requests from restaurant teams.

· Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure.

· Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance work.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and service reports.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

· Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians across restaurant locations.

2. Project Management:

· Assist in planning and execution of renovation, refurbishment, and new store setup projects.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

· Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

· Prepare project status reports and escalate issues as needed.

3. Vendor & Asset Management:

· Maintain a database of approved vendors and service providers.

· Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors. Track asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of equipment and fixtures.

· Assist in preparing maintenance and project budgets.

· Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

· Review and verify invoices related to maintenance and project work.

4. Record Keeping and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, costs, and equipment history. Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and ongoing issues for senior management.

5. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:

· Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime and production disruptions. Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
