Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of progressive experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, staff development, and team engagement.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine pairing, and guest engagement strategies.

  • Proven ability to deliver results in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
