Restaurant Manager

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and café, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor food & beverage quality, service standards, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene policies in line with local regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and control costs.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, baristas, servers, and supervisors.
  • Create staff schedules to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
  • Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high morale.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service & Guest Relations

  • Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any complaints professionally.
  • Build customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.

Financial & Business Management

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to meet business targets.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities and seasonal offers to increase sales.
  • Control operating costs and maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote the café and restaurant through social media, campaigns, and events.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers, partners, and local community to enhance business reputation.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and retain customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
