Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and café, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, service standards, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene policies in line with local regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and control costs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, baristas, servers, and supervisors.
- Create staff schedules to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high morale.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service & Guest Relations
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
Financial & Business Management
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to meet business targets.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and seasonal offers to increase sales.
- Control operating costs and maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the café and restaurant through social media, campaigns, and events.
- Develop relationships with suppliers, partners, and local community to enhance business reputation.
- Identify new opportunities to attract and retain customers.
