Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end dining establishments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and brand visibility.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
