Sushi & Sticks is one of the fastest-growing sushi restaurants in Sharjah, known for high-quality Japanese-inspired cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere. As we grow in Ajman, we’re looking for a smart and dependable Manager/Cashier who can also help with leading kitchen management or cashier duties when needed in our Ajman Branch.

Role Overview
Whether it’s helping food preparation, managing the kitchen area, or occasionally assisting at the cashier counter, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient prep and kitchen organization
• Support chefs in daily tasks and order handling
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Help manage basic stock levels and inventory
• Assist with customer orders or cashier work when required
• Follow kitchen safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Valid visa and available to start immediately [Sponsorship Provided]
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in both kitchen and front-counter roles
• Trustworthy, punctual, and a team player
• Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills
• Previous experience in kitchen or F&B is a plus
