Office Manager in Seafood Factory

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the seafood factory, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role acts as a bridge between the management, factory staff, and external stakeholders, maintaining efficiency, compliance, and a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative support for production, logistics, and quality control teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier communications.
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle HR-related activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, and recruitment assistance.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, factory policies, and labor laws.
  • Liaise with government authorities, clients, and suppliers as required.
  • Organize meetings, factory events, and staff communications.
  • Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or administrative role in a manufacturing or food industry environment.
  • Knowledge of seafood processing or food industry standards is an advantage.
  • With UAE license
  • Can join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
