Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead one of our upscale fine dining and high-volume dining venues. The ideal candidate will bring passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a busy operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team to achieve performance and service standards
• Drive revenue and manage budgets while maintaining operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with culinary and corporate teams to maintain brand standards and implement new initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven 1–2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale fine dining and/or high-volume dining operation
• Recent European experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good communication skills in English, additional language skills such as Russian, Italian, French, or Spanish will be highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Passionate about guest service with a keen eye for detail
