In our restaurant, which offers you chicken in every form, we prepare each of our chicken with unique flavor by marinating it daily with our special recipes, preparing it to your order and cooking it with healthy methods and serving it fresh.

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day restaurant operations, working closely with the team to ensure smooth service, consistent quality, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and participate in daily restaurant operations (front and back of house)
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams to deliver excellent performance
  • Monitor and control sales, food cost, and labor cost to ensure profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Follow up on restaurant maintenance and repair works; coordinate with external contractors when necessary
  • Communicate with the mall management and obtain required operational permissions
  • Coordinate closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and Finance team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
  • Prepare performance reports and attend management meetings
  • Be available for travel when required for training, audits or operational support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Native Turkish speakers are highly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality hygiene standards, HACCP, and FoodWatch systems
  • Proven ability to lead by example and work hands-on during busy operations
  • Solid understanding of financial performance indicators (sales, food cost, labor cost)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • No travel restrictions
  • UAE experience preferred
