The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest experience, adherence to brand standards, strong team leadership, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Operational Excellence- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations across FOH & BOH.- Ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety procedures are followed.- Oversee shift execution and service delivery.- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cleanliness checks.

2. Guest Experience Management- Deliver exceptional hospitality.- Resolve guest issues promptly.- Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements.- Ensure service speed and product quality.

3. People Leadership- Lead, train, and motivate team members.- Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.- Promote a positive work culture.

4. Financial & Sales Management- Achieve sales goals and manage promotions.- Control food, beverage, and labor costs.- Analyze P&L; and prepare MIS reports.- Identify revenue growth opportunities.

5. Food Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards.- Monitor kitchen safety and hygiene logs.- Prepare for audits and implement corrective actions.

6. Inventory & Cost Controls- Manage stock levels and conduct inventories.- Coordinate with vendors and reduce wastage.- Optimize material utilization.

7. Marketing & Brand Excellence- Execute marketing campaigns and events.- Ensure brand visibility and store presentation.- Maintain digital content and displays.

8.Qualifications & Experience- 3–6 years of restaurant management experience.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.- Ability to work flexible hours.- Proficiency with POS, Excel, and MIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
