Position: Operations Manager – Fast Food Restaurant Chain (F&B Sector)

Location: Doha, Qatar
Nationality: Arabic

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets of a fast food restaurant chain in Doha. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant management, team leadership, and operational excellence within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all fast food outlets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain brand standards, food quality, and hygiene in line with company and local regulations.
  • Monitor workflows and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and delivery teams.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability.

Sales & Financial Management:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, food costs, and inventory to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and financial reporting.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure top-quality customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Implement programs to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain service consistency across all outlets.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

  • Supervise procurement, stock levels, and supply chain operations.
  • Work with suppliers to guarantee quality and timely deliveries.
  • Reduce waste and control costs through proper inventory management.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and local campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
  • Support new outlet openings and expansion projects.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s food safety and health regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures promptly.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management.
  • Recommend process improvements for productivity and service quality.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business goals.

Requirements:

  • Arabic Nationality (Mandatory)
  • Based in Doha Qatar
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience managing operations in a fast food or casual dining restaurant chain
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
